Qbittorrent Not Downloading Anything

  

I posted on the Qbittorrent forum, But after reading the wiki I think this may actually go here. I seem to be having a problem with Qbittorrent, I recently tried to see if I could optimize Qbittorrent using a guide that I found online. My problem is that my torrents stopped downloading and uploading, Everything has stopped. I have this same problem. I'm running BitTorrent Total Security however after this started happening I disabled the firewall and antivirus. Currently trying to download 31 torrents, about half have 'Downloading metadata' in the status bar, and it appears to be random when it comes to which torrents this happens to.
